**Amber Alert Canceled: Missing Two-Month-Old Infant Found Safe** Surrey, BC - The Amber Alert issued on December 9th, 2023, for a missing two-month-old baby girl has been canceled. The child, identified as Ari McCauley, was found safe in Surrey this afternoon. The RCMP immediately located the child's father, who was believed to be involved in her disappearance. "We are grateful for the public's assistance in this matter," said Surrey RCMP spokesman Cpl. Vanessa Munn. "The community's vigilance helped us quickly locate Ari and ensure her safety." The child's mother, 35-year-old Brianne Ford, is believed to be responsible for her disappearance. She remains at large and the public is urged to report any information regarding her whereabouts. The Amber Alert was activated at approximately 1:00 PM on December 9th, and involved multiple agencies across the province. Highway message boards, radio and television announcements, and social media were utilized to disseminate information about the missing child. "We would like to thank all of the law enforcement agencies and volunteers who assisted in this investigation," said Munn. "Their dedication and hard work played a crucial role in bringing Ari home safely." The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information about Brianne Ford's whereabouts is asked to contact the Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502 or call 911.
